U.S. SHIPPING

We offer free U.S. shipping over $75. Some items are pre-made but many are made to order. The production time for a typical order is 2-8 business days (Monday through Friday and excluding legal holidays) after your order is placed. In many cases, orders are finished and shipped sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. U.S. orders usually take 2-5 days to arrive once they are received by the post office using USPS First Class Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to several countries. Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country. The production time for a typical order is 2-8 business days (Monday through Friday and excluding legal holidays) after your order is placed. Using an expedited service, most international orders should be received within 1-2 weeks from date of shipment. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. Sunset Paws is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us info@shopsunsetpaws.com to update our shipping profile.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please measure your pet carefully and refer to our size charts before placing orders. In the event that an item does not fit, we will gladly exchange the item(s) for the correct size(s) as long as they meet the following conditions: 

*Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

*Item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. We will not exchange or return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting.

*International customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with sending any item(s) back.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our location, we rely on the mail carriers and postal service to deliver the packages in a timely manner. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
