Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Most orders take 2-9 business days to process (Monday through Friday and excluding legal holidays). U.S. orders generally take 2-5 business days to arrive once they are received by the post office using USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping may take longer due to the impact of COVID-19 and holiday seasons. Packages may take additional business days to arrive.
How much is U.S. shipping?
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. All other orders will be charged a rate generated by the USPS/FEDEX which can range from a minimum of $3 and up depending on the weight of the package.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to several countries. The production time for a typical order is 2-9 business days (Monday through Friday and excluding legal holidays). Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country, but typically takes between 7-21 business days to arrive once shipped.
We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
How much is international shipping?
Shipping cost depends on your exact location and the weight of the package which is calculated at checkout. Sunset Paws is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please measure your pet carefully and refer to our size charts before placing orders. In the event that an item does not fit, we will gladly exchange the item(s) for the correct size(s) as long as they meet the following conditions:
*Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
*Item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. We will not exchange or return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting.
*International customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with sending any item(s) back.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our location, we rely on the mail carriers and postal service to deliver the packages in a timely manner. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
